What is hypixel skyblock?
Overview
SkyBlock has no win condition or specific goal; rather, players attempt to get the best armor and weapons. Players start on the Private Island, and are given quests that teach them how to play. When players go through the portal to the Hub, they have many options. They can start leveling skills, such as Stone Pickaxe.png Mining, Golden Hoe.png Farming, and Stone Sword.png Combat. There are separate islands focused on specific skills, unlocked after a certain amount of levels in that skill. Leveling these skills up increases various statistics, including ❤ Health, ☠ Crit Damage, and ❈ Defense. Along with these skills, players level their collections, which are focused on a specific item, like Rotten Flesh, Cobblestone, and Potatoes. These collections all grant skill experience towards the related skill (for example, Potatoes give Golden Hoe.png Farming experience). Most collections have a minion, which keep collecting that specific item(s) even while the player is offline.
