Civilization 6 is a great strategy game but after releasing countless DLCs like Civ 6 Gathering Storm, Rise and Fall, the Platinum Edition, and now the complete Civilization VI Anthology – civ 6 can also be a bit of an overwhelming, bloated, or challenging experience, particularly for beginners to civ 6. Mods, the Steam Workshop, and the hugely creative Civ 6 modding community have come to save the day! Here are the best civ 6 mods, from gameplay enhancers, fixes, UI improvements and more, these civ 6 mods are the best mods for the game in 2022. They are generally cosmetic and tend to leave the core experience mostly untampered with – the way I prefer to mod an experience.

I unfortunately can’t cover every mod in this video, but here are a list of a few of my favourite mods highlighted here, mentioned as honorable mentions, or some that didn’t quite make the cut this time but are still awesome experiences!
