The existence of children is a big thing that is absent from the base game in RimWorld… and for good reason tbh, as cannibalism and organ harvesting don’t make for a very family-friendly lifestyle. That being said, adding pregnancy and babies/children to the game can really enrich certain kinds of playthroughs, especially those that are focused on RP!
